Terms of Service

By accessing or using Senlec AI (the "Service"), operated by Vadlit ("we", "us", "our") based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are accessing the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

Senlec AI is an enterprise document intelligence platform that enables organisations to query, analyse, and extract information from their own documents using AI. The platform is deployed within the client's own infrastructure — documents are never transmitted to or stored on Senlec AI servers.

Qualifying firms may access a 3-month pilot at no cost. The pilot is offered at Senlec AI's sole discretion. Following the pilot period, continued access requires a paid subscription agreement. We will notify you at least 14 days before the pilot ends.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of UAE law
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying model or software
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written consent
• Use the Service to process data you do not have legal authority to process
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or disruptive content

You retain full ownership of all documents and data you upload or process through the Service. Senlec AI does not claim any rights over your content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process the documents you upload.

As the platform runs within your infrastructure, your data is under your control at all times.

The Senlec AI platform, including its software, design, and branding, is the intellectual property of Vadlit. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited licence to use the Service as described.

Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information received from the other party in connection with the Service. This obligation survives termination of these Terms for 3 years. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available upon request for regulated clients.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated outputs will be accurate in all cases. AI outputs should be reviewed by qualified professionals before being relied upon for legal, financial, or regulatory decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Senlec AI and Vadlit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate access to the Service with 30 days written notice. We may suspend access immediately if these Terms are materially breached. Upon termination, your licence to use the Service ends, but all data within your infrastructure remains under your control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai. For DIFC-regulated entities, disputes may be referred to the DIFC Courts by mutual agreement.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active clients of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
