Senlec AI is a product of Vadlit, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We provide an enterprise document intelligence platform for legal, real estate, and financial firms.

We collect only what is necessary to operate our service:

• Demo booking information — name and email address you provide when booking a demo through our website.
• Communications — messages sent to us via email or WhatsApp.
• Usage analytics — anonymous page view data collected via Google Analytics 4 (IP anonymised). No personal identifiers are stored.
• Your documents — if you use the Senlec AI platform, your documents are processed and stored entirely within your own infrastructure. We do not have access to your documents.

• To schedule and conduct product demos
• To send confirmation emails related to your booking
• To respond to enquiries
• To improve our website using aggregated analytics

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

The Senlec AI platform is deployed within your own environment. Your documents, queries, and AI responses never leave your infrastructure and are never transmitted to or stored on Senlec AI or Vadlit servers. We have no access to your document content.

Our marketing website uses the following third-party services:

• Google Analytics 4 — anonymous website traffic analysis
• Calendly — demo booking scheduling
• Resend — transactional email delivery

Each service operates under its own privacy policy.

We retain booking and contact information for up to 2 years or until you request deletion, whichever is sooner. Analytics data is retained for 14 months per Google Analytics default settings.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at hello@senlecai.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Our website uses analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand traffic patterns. No advertising or tracking cookies are used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.

This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
